What is the Cancellation Policy?

If you are a consumer who has sign up for the services of OnMyMedia.com, you have the right to cancel at any time.

-Should you cancel your subscription before your payment cycle, the upcoming fee will not be processed.

-If your subscription is cancelled after a payment cycle, the service is considered rendered and you will remain an active member with full access to the site until your subscription is expired. No future payments will be processed.

Using the cancellation method above, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email upon completion of the Express Form.

  • Cancel using our Contact Us Form; using this method you must indicate clearly that you would like to cancel your service (You don’t have to tell us why you wish to cancel, however, we are always interested in hearing why) .

It is also imperative that you provide the same “Name” and “Email” used at registration. This will allow one of our representatives to make sure the appropriate account is cancelled.

Using the cancellation method above, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email as soon as a representative receives your cancellation request. This may take up to 36 hours.

I just signed up and have not received confirmation of my login information?
Your login credentials are your email (username) and password you entered during sign up.

You can reset your login credentials by clicking the "LOGIN" button on the top right of your screen and then clicking "Forgot Password" below the login box.

Refund Policy

A) If you experienced technical problems, been a subject of fraudulent activity, or an accidental billing error has occurred on your account you are eligible for a refund.

B) If the website does not deliver the experience you expected, you may be eligible for a refund.  

*Claims must be made within 90 days of the payment. Please have your transaction ID or email associated with your account ready.
 
Refund status: 

Refunds are processed within 1 day of receipt. A correspondence will be sent out to the email on file with a confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact a representative. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear in your account.

All forms of trials automatically renew. You can cancel any time to stop your subscription from being renewed.
